Govind D. Anand

Govind Anand is a vice president on the Providence Strategic Growth team and is based in our Boston office. Mr. Anand is currently a director of Formstack, INE and ThreatConnect. Prior to joining Providence in 2018, Mr. Anand was an investor with Spectrum Equity, a Boston- and San Francisco-based growth equity firm, where he focused on investments in the software, healthcare IT and data & information services sectors. At Spectrum, Mr. Anand served on the board of Tenstreet and was a board observer at Verisys. Previously, he worked in the technology M&A investment banking group at Barclays in New York. Mr. Anand received a Bachelor of Science from UNC-Chapel Hill where he majored in Finance and in Philosophy.
