Mehrdad Gharib is a seasoned professional in energy management and sustainability, currently serving as the Manager of Energy and Sustainability at Providence Health Care since 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing energy efficiency and sustainability projects for healthcare facilities. In parallel, Mehrdad holds the position of Energy and Emission Manager at FEED Clean Tech, focusing on bioplastics research in collaboration with UBC Okanagan. With a substantial background in engineering consultancy, Mehrdad has contributed to various companies including FEED Engineering Inc., Worley, and Tetra Tech in roles related to process engineering, energy recovery, and project management across multiple high-profile projects. Educational qualifications include a degree from Sharif University of Technology.
