Rebecca Brown

Rebecca Brown currently serves as the Resident Care Manager and Site Leader at Providence Health Care, a position held since March 2022, with previous experience as Interim Resident Care Manager and Site Leader, as well as Leader of Operations. In this role, Rebecca provides oversight to a long-term care facility, managing daily operations and facilitating meetings. Additionally, as a Clinical Nurse Leader, Rebecca oversaw staff and residents within a 74-bed long-term care unit, collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team. Prior experience includes working as an Operating Room Nurse and Labor and Delivery Nurse at the Provincial Health Services Authority from January 2019 to March 2022, and as a Registered Nurse in the Acute Care Elder Services unit at Vancouver Coastal Health. Currently pursuing a Master of Health Leadership and Policy with a focus on Clinical Education at The University of British Columbia, Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Alberta.
