The Operations & Strategy Team at Providence House ensures the seamless functioning of all organizational activities and the execution of strategic initiatives to enhance our mission. This multidisciplinary team manages donor engagement, facility maintenance, nursery operations, event planning, and community outreach, synergizing efforts to maintain a safe and supportive environment for children and families. They collaborate to develop and implement strategic plans, optimize operational processes, and forge partnerships, ultimately strengthening community stability and family preservation efforts.
