Bon Champ

Bon Champ is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the medical technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior R&D Engineer at Providence Medical Technology, Inc. since 2017, Bon Champ leads the design and development of innovative instrumentation for orthopedic surgical solutions while managing product development processes, timelines, and budgets. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Design Engineer at Nuvasive from 2008 to 2016, and as an Engineer. Earlier in the career, Bon Champ gained skills as an Inventory Associate at CarMax and an Engineering Intern at LS Energy Solution. Bon Champ holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from San Diego State University.
