Monica Sarantidis

Monica Sarantidis has extensive experience in human resources management. Currently, as the Senior VP, HR Business Partner and Organizational Development Director at Provident Bank, they serve as a trusted advisor and change agent for leaders, nurturing a high-performance culture and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Prior to this role, Monica held positions at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, Time Inc., Worldspan by Travelport, Time Warner Cable, and Deutsche Post Global Mail, where they excelled in various HR roles, such as Director of Human Resources, Human Resources Business Partner, and Human Resources Manager. Throughout their career, Monica has collaborated closely with senior leaders, developed workforce plans, implemented talent assessment and succession planning initiatives, and empowered employees to manage their careers. Monica also has experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and coaching.

Monica Sarantidis obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-Newark. Monica pursued this degree from 1997 to 2003.
