Dawn Fleming

Dawn Fleming has extensive experience in management and motivation within the finance and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a Business Manager at Morses Club PLC since June 2016, Dawn oversees agents in home credit finance. Concurrently, as a Development Manager for Provident Financial Group since November 2008, Dawn similarly leads agent teams to drive growth in the same domain. Previous roles include Section Manager at WILSON TUPHOLME LIMITED, Team Manager at Slimming World, and Donor Recruitment Manager at the National Blood Service, where responsibilities included donor recruitment and interdepartmental communication. Dawn began a career in donor sessions as a Team Leader/Venepuncturist and holds educational credentials from Earl Marshall Campus, completed in 1978.
