Rares Morutan is an experienced business professional with a strong background in sales and team management. Currently serving as Business Unit Manager at Provident Financial Romania since July 2015, Rares develops and implements strategic sales plans while overseeing 600 employees to enhance customer loyalty and portfolio quality. Previously, Rares held the position of Regional Sales Manager at Telekom Romania and Germanos Telecom Romania, where similar responsibilities led to significant business growth. Rares began a career at Germanos Telecom in various roles, including Area Sales Manager and Trainer, focusing on client relationships and team development.
