Molly Turnquist Butala

Molly Turnquist Butala, MPH, RDN, LD, is an experienced nutrition and dietetics professional currently serving as the Director of CACFP Centers at Providers Choice, Inc., since June 2023, overseeing child care center participation in the Child and Adult Care Food Program across Minnesota. Previously, Molly held the position of Claims Manager at the Minnesota Department of Education from March 2014 to June 2023, and worked as a Nutrition Program & Farm to Early Care Specialist at Dakota County Public Health from August 2012 to March 2014. Additional roles include Registered Dietitian Consultant at Renewing the Countryside and Program Manager at the University of Minnesota, alongside experience as a Research Assistant. Molly earned a Master of Public Health in Nutrition/Dietetics from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Nutrition and Dietetics, with a minor in Spanish, from Concordia College.
