Vlada Kuleshova

Vlada Kuleshova, CPA, currently serves as the Capital Manager in Financial Planning & Analysis at Provincial Health Services Authority since April 2022, having previously held the role of Senior Financial Analyst. Prior experience includes positions at Ledcor from July 2016 to April 2022, where Vlada progressed from Junior Project Accountant to Senior Project Accountant, and contributed to significant efficiency improvements in payroll processes and revenue enhancement through margin analysis. Prior roles also include an Accounting Clerk at Ward's Hydraulic Services Ltd. and various roles in wire transfer management across multiple banks. Vlada holds a Master's degree in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Dnipro University of Technology, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Douglas College. Education as a Chartered Professional Accountant was completed from CPA Canada between 2019 and 2021.
