Sebastian Sommerfeld

Sebastian Sommerfeld is currently working at Provinzial Konzern in the role of Technologie-Verantwortung, focusing on docker-images-entwicklung and OpenShift Pipelines. Sebastian is also involved in the IT Architecture Community for developing overarching architectures and structures of IT services. With a background in Java development and software architecture, Sebastian has experience in managing IT services, implementing DevOps principles, and automating software development and operational processes. Prior to their current role, Sebastian held various positions at DKV Euro Service, where Sebastian led teams in Java development and software architecture, contributed to the continual improvement of application architectures, and implemented agile software development methodologies.
