Medha Mukundan

Medha Mukundan has diverse work experience in HR roles spanning over several years. Medha is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition and PR at Provis Estate Management, where they are responsible for manpower planning, recruitment strategy, and developing recruiters. Prior to this, they worked at ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank as the Head of Outsourcing HR Operations and Governance for seven years. At Barclays, they served as an Assistant Manager - HR Outsource, handling various HR functions across the bank. Medha has also held HR Manager positions at Iris Modern Urban Management - MawaQif Project and Arady, where they implemented HR policies and procedures and managed cost-cutting exercises. Medha started their career at Abu Dhabi Basic Industries Corporation (ADBIC) in HR, focusing on recruitment and onboarding. Medha's earlier experience includes roles at GHD as a Recruitment Officer and Experts Consulting / Reach Consulting as the Head of Recruitment Support Team.

Medha Mukundan obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Osmania University from 2000 to 2003. In 2012 to 2013, they attended CIPD for CHRP- HR, but no degree was specified. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Human Resource Management Professional from the American Certification Institute in 2021.
