Dustin K MacDonald has been working in the Human Services Organizations field since 2015. In 2021, they joined Provisio Partners as a Senior Business Analyst/Data Analyst. Provisio Partners is a consulting firm that supports nonprofits and specializes in Human Services Organizations. Prior to that, they worked at CaseWorthy, Inc. from 2019 to 2021, where they held the roles of Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst. In 2020, they were the Executive Director at Sigourney Area Development Corp., where they grew membership, social media, and doubled available membership benefits. From 2019 to 2020, they worked at Morneau Shepell as a Client Care Representative, providing direct support to EAP clients and building reports/dashboards/visualizations using Excel and Salesforce. Additionally, from 2015 to 2020, they worked at Distress and Crisis Ontario and Distress Centre Durham, where they held the role of ONTX Facilitator and Director of Online Support and Communications, respectively. In their role at Distress Centre Durham they trained and supervised 30+ online responders and provided over 1000 hours of direct service.

Dustin K MacDonald has a diverse educational background. Dustin K is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Data Science from Eastern University and a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Professional Arts (BPA) in Human Services from Athabasca University in 2018. Additionally, they received a Certificate in Business Fundamentals from Durham College in 2015 and a Diploma in Social Service Worker from Durham College between 2011 and 2013.
