Tricia Pekarna, MBA, CFRE

Tricia Pekarna, MBA, CFRE has extensive work experience in the field of philanthropy. Tricia began their career in 2006 as a Program Secretary at the Minnesota Historical Society. In 2008, they moved to the Minneapolis College of Art and Design as an Advancement Services Specialist. In 2010, they joined Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota as a Foundation Research and Database Manager. From 2013 to 2023, they held various roles at the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation, including Salesforce Business Systems Analyst, National Director of Development, Director of Philanthropy Operations, and Associate Director, Advancement Services. Most recently, they have been a Project Manager at Provisio Partners since 2023.

Tricia Pekarna holds a MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, which they obtained in 2014 after studying Business Administration, Management and Operations. Tricia also holds a BA from the University of St. Thomas, which they obtained in 2004 after studying Communication and Media Studies. Additionally, they hold a Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification from Salesforce, which they obtained in November 2022; a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce, which they obtained in September 2021; and a CFRE certification from CFRE International, which they obtained in February 2017.
