Philippe Goix

Philippe Goix is the current Chief Commercial Officer at Provista Diagnostics. Prior to this, they were the Business Owner of Eon Medical Wellness Clinic from August 2019 to December 2021. Philippe has also held the positions of Chairman and CEO of PrismHealthDx, Inc. from October 2015 to March 2017, and Founder and Board member, President and CEO (1997–2002) and CTO (2002–2004) of Guava Technologies, Inc.

Goix has over two decades of experience in the medical field. Philippe founded Guava Technologies in 1997, which today manufactures, markets, and distributes cell analysis systems. These product lines measure specific cell population subsets in clinical specimens, and together, are transforming clinical research and drug discovery. The company was acquired by Millipore in 2008 and product lines are still being sold worldwide today.

In October 2015, Goix became Chairman and CEO of PrismHealthDx, Inc., a position they held until March 2017. Philippe then took over as Business Owner of Eon Medical Wellness Clinic in August 2019. In this role, they acquired an existing 750+ member upscale fitness and spa facility located in a prime location in downtown Denver and integrated precision and personalized medical fitness and wellness product and service platforms to build and validate a scalable anti-aging weight loss clinic.

After completing their undergraduate studies in mechanical engineering at the University of Rouen France, Philippe Goix pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in marketing and finance at the University of San Francisco School of Management. Philippe then returned to school to earn their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in physics from the University of Rouen France. Philippe's research interests included fluid mechanics and spectroscopy.

Philippe Goix reports to Gerald Commissiong, President. They are on a team with Timothy Seiler - Director of Supply Chain Operations, Elise Brownell - VP of Research & Development, and Chris Gross - VP of Operations.
