Juliana Bohn F. Pansan

Juliana Bohn F. Pansan has a diverse range of work experience spanning several companies and roles.

Juliana is currently the Head of HR for Brazil and Argentina at Provivi, Inc. since May 2021.

Prior to this, they worked as an HR Manager at NovaAgri from June 2020 to May 2021.

From July 2016 to January 2020, they were the Global Talent and Organizational Development Manager at Syngenta, where they led Talent Management initiatives for the Seeds business and implemented various projects such as a Leadership Program.

Before that, they were the Talent Management and HR Programs LAS at Gemalto from April 2014 to December 2015. In this role, they were responsible for leading Talent Management strategies and implementing various programs, including leadership modules, learning programs, and organizational diagnosis.

Juliana also has experience at Unisys, where they worked as an HR Business Partner from July 2004 to July 2007, supporting the Global Outsourcing and Infrastructure Services business unit.

Prior to that, they worked as an HR Consultant at Across Gestão de Carreiras from October 2003 to July 2004, coordinating positions for large national and multinational companies.

Juliana's early career includes a trainee role at Tasa Executive Search from 1997 to 1999.

Juliana Bohn F. Pansan's education history began in 1997 when they enrolled at the Universidade Santo Amaro - Unisa. Juliana pursued and successfully completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from 1997 until 2001. In 2005, Juliana attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, where they undertook the GVPEC in Human Resources Administration. Finally, in 2013, they briefly attended FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração to study Gestão de Carreira e Sucessão.
