Nandang Holil

Nandang Holil has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. They began their career as a Research Agronomist at Uniroyal Chemical / Uniroyal Sumtra Plantions in 1982. They then moved on to Zeneca Agri Products Indonesia, where they worked as a Technical & Public Health Manager until 1996. Following this, they joined Rohm & Haas Indonesia as an Ag. Marketing Manager until 1998.

In 1998, Nandang Holil joined DuPont Crop Protection Indonesia, where they held the positions of R&D Manager and Sales & Marketing Manager. They continued working at DuPont Agricultural Products Indonesia as the Country Business Manager of Crop Protection Products from 2002 to 2014.

After leaving DuPont, Nandang Holil joined PT DuPont Agricultural Products Indonesia as the Senior Manager - External Affairs, Crop Protection from 2014 to 2015. They then transitioned to AMG Group of Company, where they served as an Independent Commissioner and later a Business Transformation Leader from 2015 to 2018.

In 2018, Nandang Holil worked as a Business Consultant at Provivi, Inc. and Crop Enhancement, Inc. It is worth noting that the end dates for their roles at AMG Group of Company and Provivi, Inc. are not specified. Therefore, their tenure at these companies may still be ongoing.

Nandang Holil has a strong educational background. Nandang obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Plant Pest & Diseases from Bogor Agriculture University (IPB) from 1978 to 1982. Nandang furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Magister Management degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from PPM School of Management in Jakarta from 1991 to 1993. Additionally, they also completed their S1 degree in Plant Pest & Diseases from IPB University from 1976 to 1982.
