Pathi Srigiriraju has over 20 years of experience in the field of agriculture and crop protection. Pathi is currently working at Provivi, Inc. as the Director of Field Development (APAC), responsible for overseeing field trials and leading a team in Asia. Pathi played a crucial role in launching Nelvium, Provivi's first non-chemical-based insect management product in rice. Prior to their current role, Pathi worked at Corteva as the Biology Leader - Insecticides (Asia Pacific), where they brought innovative solutions to manage insect pests on crops and led technical project management. Pathi also served as a Technical Expert (Insecticides & Nematicides) at Corteva. Before joining Corteva, Pathi worked at Dow AgroSciences as the Biology Team Leader (Insecticides), North Pacific, where they managed zonal biology work plans and budgets for various regions. Pathi also served as the Principal Biologist (Insecticides), Indian Subcontinent, leading field R&D activities and managing a team for technical success. Pathi has additional experience as a Development Biologist, Post-Doctoral Research Associate at Virginia Tech, and Technical Executive at Bayer Crop Science. Pathi also worked as a Special Project Consultant, Entomology at ICRISAT, where they focused on integrated pest management and insecticide resistance trials. Overall, Pathi has a strong background in field development, project management, and technical expertise in crop protection.

Pathi Srigiriraju obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Ag. Chem & Seed Technology from Osmania University in the years 1994-1998. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Ecology, Evolution, Systematics, and Population Biology from Pondicherry University from 1998 to 2000. Lastly, Srigiriraju attended Virginia Tech from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Entomology.
