Paula Amorim

Paula Amorim started their career with Nikon in 2008 as a Human Resources Senior Coordinator. Paula then moved on to Stora Enso in 2010, where they worked as an HR Manager. In 2012, they joined Ermenegildo Zegna as a Latin America HR Senior Manager. After that, they worked at Syngenta as a Senior HR Manager and Business Partner from 2015 to 2017. In 2018, they joined PayPal as the Head of Human Resources for Brazil, where they were responsible for various HR functions and served as a key member of the executive team. Paula then worked at Benner as an HR Director from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are the People Director at Provu, a position they have held from June 2022 onwards.

Paula Amorim holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade Católica de Santos, which they obtained from 2001 to 2005. Paula pursued a Master's degree in Gestão de Recursos Humanos at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 2012 to 2013. In 2016 and 2017, they completed an MBA in Liderança Estratégica at Fundação Dom Cabral. Additionally, Paula participated in a postgraduate program in Management People at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo from 2006 to 2007. Paula attended Yale University in 2020 for a course on The Science of Well-being, and later in 2021, they studied Leadership in Innovation at MIT Sloan School of Management. Most recently, from 2023 to 2024, they pursued a Master's degree specializing in Gestão de Pessoas com Ênfase em Liderança Organizacional at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.

Paula Amorim has also obtained several certifications. In 2016, they received certifications in Google Adwords and Google Analytics from Google. In 2017, they obtained a certification in Predictive Index from The Predictive Index. Additionally, they have a certification in Discovery Insights from Universität Zürich, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
