Carrie Snyder

Carrie Snyder has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Carrie is currently the People Director at INTO University Partnerships since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Director at RPCI ONCOLOGY, PC from August 2021 to January 2023, where they successfully implemented HR best practices and employee engagement initiatives. From June 2019 to March 2021, they held the position of Human Resources Director at P&A Group, Inc., where they focused on improving efficiencies and the overall employee lifecycle experience. Carrie also served as the Vice President of U.S. Human Resources at msg global solutions, Inc. from November 2007 to June 2019, overseeing strategic planning, performance management, and talent development. Carrie has also worked as an HR Consultant in various companies from March 2005 to November 2007, providing HR guidance and developing policies. Before that, they served as an Employee Relations Specialist at M&T Bank from January 2001 to July 2004, supporting a large number of employees and advising management on various issues.

Carrie Snyder holds a Bachelor of Science degree in HR Management from Western Governors University. Carrie has also obtained certifications from SHRM and HRCI, including the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation.
