Ruslan Nasibulin

Ruslan Nasibulin has extensive work experience in project management and delivery roles. Ruslan started their career in 2005 as an Engineer at Astelit, where they were responsible for the administration, maintenance, and customization development of Nokia and Ericsson Management Systems. Ruslan then worked as a Leading Engineer at Astelit, where they planned the development of GSM Management System and managed budget planning and technical realization of services and platforms.

In 2007, Ruslan joined Huawei as a Product Manager, where they were involved in product management activities. Ruslan later worked at IBM Ukraine as a Territory Representative, serving as an Account Manager for Telco customers. Their responsibilities included developing client e-business propositions, conducting market analysis, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

From 2010 to 2012, Ruslan worked at Softline as a Project/Program Manager. Ruslan was responsible for contract analysis and negotiations with customers and sub-contractors, project planning and implementation, and resource management. Notable projects included the implementation of a budgeting system for a government customer based on Oracle Hyperion solution.

From 2012 to 2016, Ruslan worked at B2B Soft as a Project Manager, where they collaborated with US partners and vendors, conducted requirements gathering, managed project plans and scope, and implemented project risk management strategies. Ruslan also managed a Scrum team and facilitated daily meetings, planning sessions, and retrospective sessions.

In 2016, Ruslan briefly worked at Luxoft and Trip Top Technologies as a Project Manager. Ruslan joined Infopulse in 2017 as a Delivery Manager, where they managed the delivery of projects and oversaw the execution of project plans.

Most recently, Ruslan worked at Proxet since 2019 as a Project Manager. Their responsibilities included managing projects and ensuring their successful execution.

In 2021, they joined Employa as a Project Manager, where they are currently involved in project management activities.

Ruslan Nasibulin obtained a Masters degree in Telecommunications from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 1997 to 2003. In 2009, they attended the IBM Global Sales School and received a Certificate of Achievement in Sales Methodology. Additionally, they obtained a Palantir Foundry Foundations certification from Palantir Technologies in April 2023.
