Narendra Chakraborty

Narendra Chakraborty is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in both industrial and product design. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Proxgy since July 2022, Narendra leads the design and development of various IoT products, ensuring collaboration with mechanical, electronics, and software teams. Previously, at Havells India Ltd from November 2021 to July 2022, Narendra focused on the design of electrical wiring accessories and collaborated with cross-functional teams to meet design objectives. Prior roles include Senior Industrial Designer at Desmania Design Pvt. Ltd., where a range of projects across multiple industries were handled, and product design internships at Omax Autos Ltd. and Grau Bär Design, contributing to product roadmap development and high-quality product design, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Industrial and Product Design from the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology, complemented by a diploma in Fine Arts.
