Dilara Esen

Dilara Esen is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Head of Talent Acquisition at Proxify since March 2022, Dilara has previously held roles as HR Manager and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior to Proxify, Dilara founded ESEN INC, providing bookkeeping, payroll, and recruitment services to small businesses. Other notable positions include HR Generalist at MPZ Holdings, LLC, and HR Manager at Eagle Consultants Group Inc., where Dilara managed recruitment teams and oversaw comprehensive HR functions.
