Ignacio Azofeifa

Ignacio Azofeifa has extensive work experience as a software engineer. Ignacio started their career at Illative Technologies, where they worked as a Software Developer, analyzing and creating documentation processes for application servers. Ignacio then joined GBSYS as a Software Developer, where they developed supply systems for the University of Costa Rica. After that, Ignacio worked at Totem Technologies as a Senior Lead Software Engineer, where they were responsible for analysis, design, development, and maintenance of NodeJS and React Native applications. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Lead Software Engineer at both Boats Group and 10Pearls LATAM.

Ignacio Azofeifa obtained a Bachillerato degree in Informática Ingeniero en Sistema de Información from the Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica, which they completed between 2004 and 2007. Ignacio then pursued a Licenciatura degree in Sistemas Web from the same university, which they completed from 2009 to 2011. In addition, they obtained a certification in Functional Programming Principles in Scala from Coursera in 2014.
