Eero Kauppinen

Eero Kauppinen is an experienced professional in the field of transportation and project management. Currently serving as Unit Manager of Traffic Planning at Proxion since January 2023, Eero leads a team across four cities in Finland. Prior experience includes working as a Project Manager and Designer in Ramboll’s international Smart Mobility division from May 2015 to January 2023, focusing on public transport coordination. Eero's career began with a trainee role in Ramboll's Highways department and includes positions as a Sales Assistant at Rudus Oy and Construction Worker at Vammalan Betoni oy. Eero's military experience includes service as a Second Lieutenant in the Finnish Defence Forces. Eero holds a Master of Science in Technology with distinction as well as a Bachelor of Science in Transport Engineering, both from Tampere University of Technology.
