Rachel Brunswick, MBA, MPA, PHR has extensive experience in human resources and healthcare management. Rachel currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at ProxsysRx, a role they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, Rachel served as the Director of Human Resources at ProxsysRx from December 2019 to January 2023. Before joining ProxsysRx, they worked as the HR & Compliance Manager at Cypress Healthcare, LLC from July 2016 to November 2019. Rachel also has experience as a Benefits Specialist at Books A Million from November 2014 to July 2016, as a Program Recruiter at The MENTOR Network from November 2010 to October 2012, as a Membership Services Coordinator at the American College of Prosthodontists from December 2007 to November 2010, and as a Campaign Coordinator for Team In Training at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society from July 2005 to December 2007.
Rachel Brunswick has a diverse educational background with degrees in different fields. Rachel started their education journey in 2001 by earning a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, which they completed in 2005. In 2013, Rachel pursued further education and obtained a Master's Degree in Public Affairs with a specialization in Human Resources from Indiana Wesleyan University. This degree was completed in 2015. More recently, Rachel decided to enhance their business knowledge and earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from LSU Shreveport, which they completed between 2017 and 2019.
In addition to their degrees, Rachel has also earned a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2017.
