Teresa Andrade e Castro

Teresa Andrade e Castro is a Food Technologist at Prozis, having joined the company in October 2023. Prior to this, Teresa worked as an Innovation and Development Technician at Decorgel from August 2022 to August 2023 and completed an internship at Ramirez & Ca. (Filhos) in early 2020. Teresa is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Quality Management at ISCAP, set to complete in June 2025. Teresa holds a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, obtained in July 2022, and a Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering from Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade do Porto, completed in 2020. Additionally, Teresa attended the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague from February to June 2022.
