Victor Eng is an experienced food technologist and applications engineer with a strong background in product development and commercialization. Currently serving at Tulkoff Food Products, Inc., Victor previously held roles as a food applications engineer at Chew and a food scientist at Medifast, where innovative product formulations and cost-saving strategies were implemented. Victor's expertise extends to commercialization in the food industry, having worked as a commercialization chef at Freshly, where efficiency and scale-up processes were optimized. Other roles include culinary positions at Noma and Barbara Lynch Collective, as well as entrepreneurial experience as a co-founder of OURgrain, focusing on sustainable food production. Victor holds a Master’s degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Syracuse University and a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University.
