Angga Pramana

Angga Pramana currently serves as the AVP and Head of BPE, QA & Office of COO at Prudential Indonesia, a position held since May 2014, with previous roles there including Senior Manager in the COO Office & Process Improvement. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Sourcing Analyst at 3M, Footwear Costing Specialist at adidas group, and Strategic Management Supervisor at Susi Air. Angga also held the role of Unit Head of Strategy Management at PT. Arya Investments, implementing the Balanced Scorecard and monitoring processes. Early career experiences include working as a Business Development Associate at Citibank. Angga holds an MBA in Business Leadership Executive from Institut Teknologi Bandung and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universitas Trisakti. Notable achievements include developing systems to enhance product development processes and regulatory compliance.
