Dicky Johan

Dicky Johan has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology and digital industry. Dicky most recently served as the Chief Digital and Technology Officer at Prudential Indonesia. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of IT Strategy and Architecture, IT CyberSecurity at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia. During their tenure there, they successfully led multiple certification processes and oversaw the recruitment of various teams. Before that, Dicky worked as a Software Development Consultant, where they performed business and technical requirements analysis and developed various solutions. Dicky also served as the Executive Vice President of Technology and Digital Strategy at Commonwealth Bank Indonesia, where they played a pivotal role in defining the direction of technology. Earlier in their career, Dicky held positions such as Director of Technical Program at TunaiKita and Chief Executive Officer at Kawancicil. Dicky co-founded Injani Systems and played a crucial role in project completion and account receivables collection. Dicky has also worked as the Director of Hotel Technology at Hotel Puri Nusa Dua and Puridenpasar. Dicky co-founded Beomee and Principia Management Group, where they held the positions of Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer, respectively.
