Arif Hidayat Husni

Arif Hidayat Husni has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Arif Hidayat started their career in 2002 as a Java Programmer Analyst at Multipolar Corp., where they developed Java solutions based on system designs provided by system analysts.

In 2003, they joined Pacomnet as a Senior Java Analyst Programmer, specializing in Java programming and analysis.

In 2007, Arif joined PT Prudential Life Assurance as an IT Development Manager. In this role, they managed team member resources and served as a technical consultant for various departments within the company. Arif Hidayat monitored and reported development and application support performance to upper management, and proposed solutions and enhancements based on the monitoring results. Additionally, they analyzed and designed solutions based on user requirements and developed Java Enterprise applications.

Arif's most recent position was as the Head of IT Security at Prudential Indonesia (PT Prudential Life Assurance), starting in January 2019. Prior to this role, they were involved in application security for the company from June 2016 to December 2018.
