Clement Tan

Clement Tan is a Cloud Security Architect at Prudential Services Singapore Pte Ltd since August 2021, specializing in assessing security risks and defining cloud security control requirements. Previously, as Assistant Vice President in Security Design & Engineering at SGX from April 2015 to July 2021, Clement led security design implementations for cloud services, conducted comprehensive assessments, and established security baselines for cloud applications. Prior to that role, Clement served as a Senior Associate in IAM, managing user access operations for both internal and external users while ensuring compliance with security policies. Earlier experience included a Software Engineer position at Coders@Work, where Clement developed an Identity Management System for Singapore Financial Institute. Clement holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronic from the University of Adelaide, completed in 2011.
