Tracy Leong

Tracy Leong is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Performance & Rewards at Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad since March 2023, where responsibilities include designing competitive salary and benefit programs and managing employee performance processes. Prior to this role, Tracy worked at AIA Malaysia from June 2014 to February 2023, progressing from Assistant Manager to Manager in HR Services, leading teams and overseeing payroll, benefits, and compensation programs. Earlier career experience includes HR positions at F&N Holdings, Popular Book Company (M) Sdn Bhd, and Ogawa World Bhd, focusing on payroll and HR generalist functions. Tracy holds a Professional Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Malaysia Institute of Human Resource Management and an Executive Diploma in Management from the University of Malaya.
