Alice Cotti

Alice Cotti is the Vice President, Head of Disability Product at Prudential Financial. Alice has over 25 years of experience in the Absence Management and Disability industry.

Alice started their career at UnumProvident in 1996 as the Director. In 2004, they moved to CIGNA as the Vice President of Glendale Claim Operations. In 2010, they joined Prudential Financial as the Head of Customer Solutions for Absence Management, Disability, Life & Voluntary.

In 2016, Alice became a Board Member for Loyola Marymount University, College of Business Administration where they advised on strategic vision, operational results and talent management.

Most recently, in 2019 Alice joined the Board of the Integrated Benefits Institute where they are responsible for claim operations executive management.

Alice Cotti has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University and is certified in ICAgile and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
