Leston Welsh

Leston Welsh is the current head of products for Prudential Group Insurance at Prudential Financial. Prior to this, they served as the head of business segments for Prudential Financial from August 2020 to February 2022. Leston has also served as the head of products for Prudential Financial from August 2019 to August 2020 and as the head of disability and absence management for Prudential Financial from May 2018 to August 2019. Welsh also has experience working in operations and IT for the dental and vision portfolio as the senior vice president of operations for Starmount at Unum from November 2017 to May 2018. Leston began their career in the insurance industry as the vice president of individual disability insurance operations and market development for Unum from June 2015 to November 2017.

Leston Welsh completed a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Baruch College.
