Kate McKeon

Kate McKeon is an experienced professional in the fields of culture, inclusion, and diversity recruitment, currently serving as Director of Culture & Inclusion and Director of DEI Recruitment at Prudential Financial since January 2016. Prior to Prudential, Kate held various roles at Park Street Academy, including Human Resource/Administrative Assistant, where responsibilities included recruitment, training, and scheduling for over 25 employees. Additional experience encompasses roles at Special Homes of New Jersey as HR Generalist and Campus Recruiter at Verizon, alongside a teaching assistantship at Rutgers University. Kate earned a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and dual Bachelor's degrees in Human Resource Management and Communications from Rutgers University.
