Kelly Mulanaphy

Kelly Mulanaphy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and financial management. Currently serving as a Consultant in Total Rewards and Global Technology at Prudential Financial since August 2021, Kelly has collaborated with executive leadership to redesign job architecture and drive workforce transformation initiatives. Prior roles at Prudential include Director of HR Business Partner for Technology and Director of Talent Acquisition, among others. Kelly's background also includes managerial positions at the National Basketball Association in Financial Planning & Analysis and Fidelity Investments as an Accounting Project Manager and Financial Analyst. Kelly holds an MBA in Leadership and Management from Boston College Carroll School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Colgate University.
