Matthew Brode

Matthew Brode is an experienced professional with a strong background in agile methodologies and project management. Currently serving as a Team Agile Coach at Prudential Financial since July 2022, Matthew previously held positions at Travelers from August 2014 to July 2022, including Agile Coach, Scrum Master, and IT Project Manager. Matthew's military experience includes serving as Company Commander in the US Army from September 2013 to March 2021. Earlier in the career, Matthew worked as a Project Manager at Workscape, Inc. in late 2011. Matthew holds a BA in Integrated Marketing and Communication with a focus on Graphic Design from Duquesne University, attended the Virginia Military Institute, and completed studies at Valley Forge Military Academy & College.
