Pamela Anderson

Pamela Anderson has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Director of Learning at Prudential Financial since December 2003. In this role, Pamela acts as a learning partner, promoting continuous growth aligned with business needs by developing strategic learning plans. Previous positions at Prudential include Manager for Learning & Development focusing on Instructional Solutions and Performance Consulting, where Pamela led teams to drive learning solutions, cultivate client relationships, and implement innovative training strategies.
