Nisha Mundubi

Nisha Mundubi is a skilled finance professional with experience spanning various roles in premium administration and customer service. Currently serving as a Premium Administration and DDACC Officer at Sanlam since May 2023, responsibilities include preparing billing and allocating premiums. Additionally, Nisha has been with Prudential Life Assurance Zambia since January 2020, first as a Premium Admin Officer - Revenue, overseeing the recording and reporting of premiums, and previously as a Claims Officer, managing claims progress and investigating fraudulent activities. Earlier experience includes working as a Sales Agent at Vodafone, where superior customer service and sales presentations were key, and as a Cashier at Roberts Fish and Veg. Nisha holds a BSc in Economics and Finance from the University of Lusaka, completed in November 2019.
