Samuel Fong

Samuel Fong is an experienced HR professional specializing in compensation and benefits, currently serving as Senior Reward Manager for Asia Pacific and Africa at Prudential plc since February 2017. In this role, Samuel leads regional Share/Equity Plans, Global Mobility, and Performance Management initiatives, while also supporting governance in executive reward. Prior roles include HR Manager at BASF, where Samuel oversaw compensation activities for the HK regional head office, and Assistant Compensation & Benefits Manager at Swire Beverages, responsible for C&B programs across Hong Kong and China. Early in the career, Samuel held various positions at Arrow Asia Pac Ltd, including HRIS Manager, leading the implementation of a global HRIS. Samuel holds an MBA from Hong Kong Baptist University and a BA in Human Resources Management from Northumbria University.
