Analuiza Santos has an extensive and diverse work experience. Analuiza currently works as a Compliance Director LatAm at Prysmian Group since 2022. Previously, they held the position of Legal and Compliance Director LATAM at Bureau Veritas from 2013 to 2022. During their time at Bureau Veritas, they structured the internal legal and compliance department in Latin America, providing support to over 10,000 employees in 13 countries. Analuiza also drafted, revised, and negotiated various commercial agreements and strategic deals within LATAM scope.

In 2011, they further specialized in International Tax Law through a Lato Sensu - Especialização program at New York University. Analuiza Santos also obtained a Master's degree in Corporate, Finance, and Tax Law from UCLA in 2010.
