Andréia Neto

Andréia Neto has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Andréia is currently working as the Head of Human Resources for Central America&Caribbean at Prysmian Group since January 2024. Prior to this role, they held the position of Head of Talent&People Development for Latin America at Prysmian Group from December 2019 to January 2024.

Andréia'searliest work experience was as an HR Generalist at Sorocaba Refrescos (Coca-Cola) from February 2001 to January 2004.

Andréia Neto has a degree in Pedagogy from Universidade de Sorocaba, which they obtained between 1998 and 2001. In 2013, they attended Kaplan University, studying English Language and Literature/Letters. Additionally, they have studied Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração.
