Christian Reyes Meleán is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fostering innovation, productivity, and team collaboration. Currently serving as "Ilusionista de Ideas" at +people since April 2010, Christian has co-created organizational foundations for the 21st century and led significant interventions for major companies in Chile, including Falabella and Codelco. Additionally, as a co-founder, Christian focuses on cultivating productive cultures and implementing new habits through effective technology use. Prior to +people, Christian held roles in education as a professor at Universidad del Desarrollo and in management at Imagen S.A., where responsibilities included driving enterprise content management solutions. Christian's academic background features a Doctorate in Knowledge Management and Information Technologies from Universitat Politècnica de València and a Master's in Commercial Direction and Marketing from IEDE Business School.
