Giancarlo Esposito

Giancarlo Esposito has extensive work experience in human resources management. Giancarlo began their career at Fiat Auto as a Re.P.O in two different plants from 1997 to 2001. Giancarlo then worked at Indesit Company as an HR Plant Manager for three different plants from 2001 to 2005. Following that, they joined Vodafone as an HR Manager from 2005 to 2006. Giancarlo then transitioned to Prysmian Group, where they held various HR leadership roles, including HR Director Prysmian PowerLink from 2006 to 2010, HR Director India from 2011 to 2013, HR & HSE Director Australia & New Zealand from 2013 to 2018, HR Director Prysmian China from 2017 to 2020, HR Director Romania from 2020 to 2022, HR Director Danubian from 2022 to 2022, and currently serves as the Regional Human Resources Director MEART since 2022.

Giancarlo Esposito attended the Università degli Studi di Cassino e del Lazio Meridionale for an unknown period of time, and later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at SDA Bocconi.
