Coby Holley

Coby Holley is the SVP of Real Estate at PS Business Parks. Coby has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Coby started their career in 1992 as a Property & Leasing Manager at Scherzer Real Estate. At Scherzer, Coby managed and leased a portfolio of over 1 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail space. Coby was successful in completing over 100 lease transactions during their time at Scherzer.

In 1997, Coby joined CB Richard Ellis as First Vice President. At CB Richard Ellis, Coby led the agency leasing team representing institutional owners including Principal Financial Group, TIAA-CREF, St. Paul Insurance, UBS and McMorgan Companies. During their time at CB Richard Ellis, Coby completed major lease transactions with Sun Microsystems, Nike, Intel, General Motors, Lockheed Martin, Volkswagen, Autdesk and AT&T. In addition to leading leasing efforts, Coby also led marketing and lease-up on 5 new developments totalling 830,000 square feet.

Coby has been with PS Business Parks since 2003 and currently oversees all real estate operations for the company.

Coby Holley has a Bachelor of Arts from Lewis & Clark College and is certified from the CCIM Institute and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International.
