He and his team built and maintained a series of access databases and created a document production system, which enabled the production of documents for projects ranging in size from fifty to thousands of pages for eight national banks around the country.
Today, Mr. Schaeper has come full circle and uses the industry knowledge he has gained to manage the internal IT team at PS LIGHTWAVE. Mr. Schaeper’s department oversees all internal desktop support, the company’s server infrastructure, and the company’s IT security and use policies. Mr. Schaeper managed the development, deployment, and ongoing support of LITE, PS Lightwave’s custom project management solution, Sage CRM and the integration between those and related systems.
In his off-time, Mr. Schaeper is the President of the Curling Club of Houston.
