Kelsey Perez is a seasoned professional in product development and culinary arts with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as a Sr. Product Development Specialist at PS Seasoning since August 2023, Kelsey previously worked as an Applications Technologist at Abelei Flavors and held multiple roles at OSI Group, including Research and Development Associate Technologist and Research and Development Technician. Kelsey began a culinary career at DoubleTree by Hilton, taking on roles such as Cook/Pastry Chef and Hostess/Server. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Project Management from Colorado Technical University and an Associate of Applied Science in Baking and Pastry Arts from The Art Institutes International of Kansas City.
