Chris Byers

Chris Byers has a diverse work experience spanning from 1999 to the present. Chris began their career at Jarden Consumer Solutions, where they held various leadership roles in finance and operations, overseeing Wal-Mart Sales Office, distribution centers, and warehouses. At Office Depot, they served as the Director of Finance, leading sales and margin planning, reporting, and financial analysis for the $4B Technology Division. Chris then became a self-employed finance consultant before transitioning to the real estate industry. Chris worked as a Real Estate Broker Associate at United Real Estate Gallery and Coldwell Banker Realty. Currently, they are the Principal and Fund Manager at PS27 Ventures, responsible for fund accounting, reporting, and strategic financial insights for investment decisions.

Chris Byers has a solid education background in business and finance. Chris obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance, International Business, and Real Estate from Florida Atlantic University, which they completed between 1994 and 1996. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management and Entrepreneurship at Florida Atlantic University, completing it from 1997 to 1998.

In addition to their formal education, Chris has also earned several certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. Chris obtained the following certifications: Canva for UX Brainstorming and Collaboration (from LinkedIn in December 2022), Excel Essential Training (Office 365/Microsoft 365) (from LinkedIn in October 2022), Power BI: Dashboards for Beginners (from LinkedIn in October 2022), and Strategic Thinking (from LinkedIn in September 2020).

In the field of real estate, Chris has obtained multiple certifications and licenses. Chris has an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) certification from the National Association of REALTORS®, which they obtained in May 2020, and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist certification from the same association, obtained in April 2020. Chris is also a Cartus Network Certified Agent, achieved in April 2019. Additionally, they have a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) certification from the National Association of REALTORS®, earned in May 2018. Chris holds a Real Estate Sales Broker's License from the State of Florida since March 2015, and they are also a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, obtained in April 2019.
