Caroline Lim

Caroline Lim is a veteran HR practitioner, with more than 30 years in the industry. As Global Head of Human Resource & Corporate Affairs in PSA International since 2003, Caroline’s passion for people, change and the creative arts was seen in the creation of her first, genre defying book, titled Wonderland. The book took an unconventional look at organisational development and aimed to engage, entertain and enlighten readers from all walks of life.

Great Eggspectations was her second book – an enchanted wonderland for children embedded with values to shape character development, with hands-on activities designed to illuminate little minds with the potential of what could be.

Through her third and fourth books, Huetopia and Beastopia, Caroline hopes that these illustrated colouring books will continue to bring joy, endless hours of inspiration and fun to both the young and young at heart.
